The firm's privacy and data security practice has been named to the top tier of the 2027 national practice rankings, recognizing the group's work across regulatory compliance, incident response, and data-driven transactions.
The rankings, compiled annually from client interviews and peer review, cited the team's "unusual depth on both the counseling and enforcement sides" and its work guiding clients through the first wave of state AI-governance requirements.
Over the past year the practice advised on more than two hundred security incidents, counseled clients through comprehensive privacy-law compliance programs in twelve new state regimes, and served as lead privacy counsel on several of the firm's largest transactions.
The recognition follows a year of growth for the group, which added four attorneys across two offices and launched the firm's AI governance advisory offering.
